Suitable Applications

Starch, millet feeds, supplements, fertilizer, carbon black pellets, pellets, urea prills, salt, clay, grout, concrete, feed ingredients, extra fine chemicals, pellets, etc.

Operating Principle

DCS-FCQ series packing machines use compressed air to feed material into bags. The product enters the machine through the product feed inlet at the top. Low pressure air is used to condition the product (by fluidizing, wind conveying, or by combining both methods) to provide differential pressure necessary and to move the product from the hopper to the bag. When target value reached, the valve at the spout closes and stops the feeding. The filled bag is ready to be moved from the machine. The machine is ready for the next weighing cycle.

DCS-FY Series Impeller Bagger (10-50kg)

Heavy duty net weigh bagger capable of producing up to 6 bags/minute. The DCS-FY series impeller valve bagger is capable of handling powders and granules with medium to high bulk density and small particle size.

Suitable Applications

Products handled: Cement, dry mortar, kieselguhr, perlite additive, lime carbonate and siliceous dust etc.

The operator places the bag on the spout. Product enters into packing machine's buffer chamber through control of a rotary gate or a pneumatic valve on top of the chamber. From the chamber, the product is fed into the bag through a frequency converter operated impeller and a valve at the spout. When reaching target value, the impeller stops and the feeding valve closes, bag clamping device opens and the filled bag can then be moved out manually or automatically. The machine is ready for a new filling cycle.

Operating Principle

The operator places the bag on the spout. Product enters into packing machine's buffer hopper, then processed through a VFD controlled variable speed auger. The auger sends the product into the bag. A sensor measures the weight of the product and shuts off the auger once the target weight is reached. The clamping bag device opens to release the bag. The filled bag is ready to be moved away. The machine is ready for the next weighing cycle.

Operating Principle

The DCS-FZK series uses a vacuum chamber which is connected with a negative compressed air source to help the feeder move material into the bag. Product enters into machine is buffer chamber, then processed through a feeder such as auger, forced air or impeller. At the same time the negative pressure from the vacuum chamber sucks the product into the bag. When reaching the pre-set weight value, the feeder and vacuum is stopped, the vacuum chamber’s gate opens and the filled bag could be taken off manually or automatically. The machine is ready for the next weighing cycle.
