  1. Product Description:

    This series of machines is designed for packing mixtures with powders and granules, granular materials into valve bags. The advantage of this machine is fast packing speed and high accuracy.

    It is used for barite, silicon sand, calcined flint clay, active carbon, refractory materials, and dry mortar etc.

  3. Working Principle:

    DCS-FCQ series packing machine uses forced air to sweep materials. When the material in the boiling hopper reaches a high level, the valve on the top of hopper closes. The materials are swept into the packing bag by the strong wind with low pressure from outside the hopper. The mechanical and electronic parts work together to control the materials within the target range, finishing the packing and metering.

  1. Product Description:This series of machines is designed for packing super fine powders with high bulk density, small grain size powders and granules materials into valve bags. This series has a very fast packing speed.

    It is used for cement, dry mortar, kieselguhr, perlite additive, lime carbonate and siliceous dust etc.

  3. Working Principle:Materials are fed into buffer bin from finished product hopper through pneumatic valve on the top of buffer hopper or star discharger. Then materials are filled into packing bag through fast rotation of impeller controlled by frequency conversion. A valve controls feeding quantity. When filling weight reaches preset value, impeller will stop running, the feeding valve closes, the bag holder opens through control system and the packing bag will be manually taken off. The weighing instrument of FW type packing machine can choose both gross and net weighing packing.

    DCS-FZK series packing machine adopts negative vacuum inhaling materials. Materials are fed into a buffer hopper from finished product hopper and inhaled into packing bag. A closed vacuum chamber works with negative pressure and the air in materials is discharged. When filling weight reaches preset value, the vacuum fan stops running and a vacuum gate opens. The packing bag will be manually taken off.
