The PUDA horizontal mixture has been proven in countless applications over the years as a high quality, reliable, and efficient machine that is easy to maintain.

It is suitable for handling dry plaster, cement, adhesive, padding, indissoluble materials, gypsum products, insulating materials, chemicals, feed, and filling materials.

Features:

• PUDA horizontal mixer with multi-blade agitates rapidly, homogenously, and efficiently with a special agitating angle. It extends its working life with a super anti-wear alloyed plate and blade. The shaft end has pressurized sealing to avoid leaking dust, and the auto-lubricating system ensures the mixer works smoothly.
• It can meet high efficiency and quality of mixing during batch-mixing process. Mixing capacity can reach 10-15 batches/hour.
• PUDA horizonal mixer is equipped with PLC and visual operation. The system consists of automatic and manual operation modes, the mixing time parameter can be directly amended with optional automatic or manual equipment for taking a sample from mixer. Customers can easily observe the mixing process of materials through hinge observation gate that is on the wall of mixing barrel.

PUDA can custom manufacture and complete batching, weighing and mixing lines to suit your products. Our equipment is suitable for any type of dry materials you work with such as binders, aggregates and additives. The final products can be filled up by our bagging machines or carried to another vessel of your choice.

PUDA supplies more than 10 types packing machines such as valve type, open mouth type, and big bag type etc depending on product performance and bagging type. Packing range is 10-50kg, 500-2000kg.

PUDA can provide customized and economical turnkey solutions for your batching and production lines. We have three types of lines: simple, semi-automatic and economical, and full-automatic and high efficiency.

The dry mortar production line consists of：

• Drying and screening equipment of raw material: drum-type drier, screening machine.
• Lifting equipments of raw material: bucket elevator, pneumatic conveying, big bag discharging system and passenger and goods lift.
• Storage system of raw material: main material silo and additives silo, which are designed according to data of material bulk density, PH value, stickiness, grain size and repose angle etc.
• Dedusting and recycling system: central dust collector and portable recycling machine.
• Feeding system: the types of feeding are both gravity and mechanical assistant discharging, including many kinds of assistant valves, screw and vibrator feeding.
• Weighing and batching system: main material weighing system, pre-weighing system for additives, and light material weighing system, mixer, and finished product silo.
• Packing system: small bag packing machine, big bag packing machine and bulk mobile packing machine.
• Air supply system and pipes: air compressor, drying and filtering equipment, pipes.
• Central control room: standby power supply, industrial control PC, printer, PLC system and weighing controller.
• Steel construction: steel tower, finished warehouse, lighting system, fire fighting system.
