PUDA Horizontal Mixer
The PUDA horizontal mixture has been proven in countless applications over the years as a high quality, reliable, and efficient machine.
It is suitable for handling dry plaster, cement, adhesive, padding, indissoluble materials, gypsum products, insulating materials, chemicals, feed, and filling materials.
Features:
- Equipped with PLC and visual operation.
- Automatic and manual operation modes.
- Mixing capacity can reach 10-15 batches/hour.
- Multi-blade agitates rapidly with a special agitating angle.
- Hinge observation gate that is on the wall of the mixing barrel allows you to observe the mixing process.
- Special anti-wear alloyed plate and blade. The shaft end has pressurized sealing to avoid leaking dust, and the auto-lubricating system ensures the mixer works smoothly.
Batching and Weighing System
PUDA can custom manufacture and complete batching, weighing and mixing lines to suit your products. Our equipment is suitable for any type of dry materials you work with such as binders, aggregates and additives.
PUDA supplies more than 10 types of packing machines and the packing range is between 10kg – 2,000 kg.
Dry Mortar Production Line
PUDA can provide customized and economical turnkey solutions for your batching and production lines. We have three types of lines: simple, economical semi-automatic, and high efficiency fully automatic.
The dry mortar production line consists of:
- Drying and screening equipment – includes a drum-type drier and screening machine.
- Lifting equipment - bucket elevator, pneumatic conveying, big bag discharging system and passenger and goods lift.
- Storage system - the silo is designed according to data of material bulk density, PH value, stickiness, and grain size.
- Dedusting and recycling system - central dust collector and portable recycling machine.
- Feeding system – includes gravity and mechanical feeding systems.
- Weighing and batching system - main material weighing system, pre-weighing system for additives, and light material weighing system, mixer, and finished product silo.
- Packing system - small bag packing machine, big bag packing machine and bulk mobile packing machine.
- Air supply system and pipes - air compressor, drying and filtering equipment, pipes.
- Central control room - standby power supply, industrial control PC, HMI printer, PLC system and weighing controller.
- Steel construction - steel tower, finished warehouse, lighting system, firefighting system.
