Bulk Bag Machines

This machine is for packing powdery, muddy, granular mixtures and irregular blocky material into bulk bags.  It is often used for starch, silica, cement, dry-mixed mortar, titanium concentrates, copper concentrate, zinc concentrate, iron ore concentrate, activated carbon and refractory material.

DCS-TWZD series big bag packing machine adopts an electromagnetic vibrating feeding mechanism.  The high precision weighing system can guarantee the accuracy of packaging effectively.  Put the opening of the filling bag on the discharging canister, then hang the braces onto the clamping device, start packing machine and clamp the opening automatically. It can control the feed quantity by adjusting the vibration frequency. The filling process will be divided into high, middle, low three-level speeds by an electromagnetic vibrating feeder.  When the weight reaches the preset value, it stops working, then loosens the bag and braces automatically by the control system. Finally, move the finished packing bag by the forklift or other devices. This kind of machine has a bottom vibration function. It can make the filling materials more compact and increase the capacity of the packing bag. It features stable packing speed, high precision weighing, simple operation and easy maintenance.
