DCS-CXJL Series Auger Bagger (1-10kg)

Heavy duty net weigh bagger capable of producing up to 8 bags/minute (depending on type of weighing hopper). The DCS-CXJL series open mouth bagger is capable of handling a variety of semi free flowing and non free flowing materials such as powders, flakes and granules.

Suitable Applications

Flour, spices, animal feeds, concrete, cement, grout, clay, wood flour, and other wood products, fine chemicals, etc.

Operating Principle

The operator places the bag on the spout. Product enters into packing machine's buffer hopper, then processed through a VFD (variable frequency drive) controlled variable speed auger. The auger sends the product into the weighing hopper. A sensor measures the weight of the product and shuts off the auger once the target weight is reached. The flow of product changes from fast to slow as bag is filled, with dribble fill at the end. Then the weighing hopper discharges, and the product drop down through a transmission hopper and a spout into the bag. The clamping bag device opens to release the bag. The filled bag is ready to be removed. The bag can then be placed for sealing in the optional sealing machine. The machine is ready for the next weighing cycle.

Suitable Applications

Grains, sugar, seed, sand, silica, crushed stones, cobblestones, fertilizers, granulated PVC, bark, plastic particles, rubber particles, pet food, feed ingredients, salt, limestone, ore, coal, proppants, refractory materials, etc.

Operating Principle

A sensor measures the weight of the product as it moves through the weighing hopper and shuts off the arc gate once target weight is reached.
